Q: Will you look at any property?
A: Yes we will look at any property, in any condition, in the South West Of
Scotland area. However please be aware that although we are happy to view
all properties, we will only make offers on those that are suitable.
Q: Where do you operate?
A: We are based in Ayrshire, Scotland and are able to view properties anywhere in Scotland.
Q: How much will you offer me?
A: We are presently able to offer up to 85% of the current market value of your property. This can be less or more depending on location, value and condition of your property.
Q: Will you pay my legal costs?
A: We will pay up to £500 towards your legal costs. As with any property transaction, you will need a solicitor to complete the legal formalities. If you do not already have a solicitor, then we can recommend one.
Q: Will anybody know about the sale?
A: No we carry out all discussions with you in strict confidence. We will not erect a "sold" or "acquired board" whilst you are living in the property.
Q: Repossession proceedings have been issued on my home. Can you help?
A: Yes we can. We can usually prevent your property from being repossessed and it could be possible for you to continue to live in the property once repossession has been stopped.
Q: Can I choose the date when I move out?
A: Yes because we have nothing to sell before we purchase the property, the only dates that we have to work to are all yours.
Q: What if I don't want to proceed?
A: There is no obligation on you to proceed once you have received our offer. No one will call on you, nor will you be pestered with phone calls.
Q: Do I have to pay any commission or agency fees?
A: No. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.
